How Leeto collects, uses and protects your information.

Leeto ("we", "us") is a ride-hailing service operated by Softserve Digital Solutions for use in Lesotho. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Leeto rider app or the Leeto Driver app, why, and the choices you have. By using Leeto you agree to this policy. Where a point applies only to drivers it says so.
You sign in with your Google or Apple account. We receive the name and email address that account shares with us (Apple lets you hide your email behind a relay address) and a stable identifier for the account. We never see your Google or Apple password.

| Drivers: location while on shift | While a driver is online in the Leeto Driver app, their location is sent to Leeto every few seconds so nearby riders can be matched to them and can see them arriving. It stops when they go offline or close the app. Leeto Driver does not request background location. |
| Drivers: identity and vehicle details | Full name, phone number, national ID number, driving licence number and vehicle registration, collected when the Leeto team onboards a driver, to confirm who is driving and that they are permitted to. |

We do not sell your personal information.
Both apps use location only while the app is open (foreground). We never request or use background location. You can revoke location permission in your device settings at any time, though the rider app needs it to book a ride and the driver app needs it to go on shift.
You can delete your account and data at any time in the rider app (Profile → Account → Delete account) or via our account deletion page, which covers driver accounts too. Trip and payment records that we are legally required to keep are retained for the required period and then deleted; they are no longer linked to an active account. See the deletion page for details.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel and processors.
Leeto is not directed at children. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
We may update this policy; we will post the new date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
